Plugin activate but not working

Last Thursday a customer bring to my attention that my Bpost plugin wasn’t working anymore on my eshop. The only choice you have for the delivery is the one I set in the delivery zones. Which isn’t practical because the custome can’t choose a pickup point and finish his order…
I have deactivate and reactive the plugin but nothing change. It is up to date. I use version 2.2.1 (latest one from 7-11-2016).
Does anyone know why it isn’t working sudenly (it was running without any problems since 1st July …) ?
