Hi Frank,

I’ve used your plugin on numerous sites and it always works!

On this site (https://www.tribeofdantours.com/) I can’t get it to work though.

It’s activated but not “engaging” for some reason.

I’ve turned my “regular” caching off to avoid conflicts there but it won’t work for some reason.

Thoughts?

It’s working at https://www.gbs.edu/ which is the same server setup and same hosting environment as https://www.tribeofdantours.com/

API key is also current and working properly AFAIK

OK, there’s one video there, right? Are you using a pagebuilder? How did you add the video?

Yes, one video.

Yes, Divi. (Which is also what http://www.gbs.edu is using so I know it *should* work)(Divi versions are the same too.)

I pasted the YouTube URL (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h3mxnlG-n0Q) into a text module (just like I did at http://www.gbs.edu)

OK, can you try adding it as a LYTE widget or a LYTE shortcode instead?
