Plugin Activation Problem

    I have downloaded the Redix Multipurpose theme and i have installed the Radix Helper plugin but the plugin generates an error when i try activating it.

    (“Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘class’ (T_CLASS), expecting identifier (T_STRING) or variable (T_VARIABLE) or ‘{‘ or ‘$’ in C:\xampp\htdocs\itech.com\wp-content\plugins\radix-helper\inc\Init.php on line 16”)

    Please what do i do to resolve this issue?
