Plugin Active Installs – works correctly?

    Hi everybody,

    i have two questions about the number of activated installations for a plugin.

    Why can’t the exact number of activated installations be displayed?

    Does this information refer to the last recent published version?

    We have the impression that the information given is not correct.

    Hi,

    Are you referring to the plugins page in the wordpress admin. What exactly is the error? Could you provide a screenshot for example?

    Hi Joey,

    thank you for your answer.

    In the past 6 months we have seen steady growth in active installations for our plugin.

    However, the “Active installation display” does not change from 10000+ on WordPress.
