[Plugin: Add Local Avatar] Image Upload does not work

1) image upload does not work (tried at several servers)

2) translation files are wrong (uk_UK is Ukrainian language file, not GreatBritain!!, should be ua_UA.mo)

3) not all strings are translated, still showing english text

4) Contact Mail of author at his website is wrong, all mails bounced
