Plugin adds whitespace before doctype

    Hi there
    I noticed the plugin is adding whitespace before the !doctype tag. I think it’s caused by carriage returns at the end of these three files:
    artiss-transient-cleaner.php
    includes/clean-transients.php
    includes/shared-functions.php

    Probably won’t cause many people any problems but for reasons I won’t bore you with it was messing up something on my site – hence the discovery.

    I’ve just pushed out version 1.5, with the space removed. Except it isn’t. It turns out the cause was one of my code editors, which is adding them on at the point of saving. So, I’ll release 1.5.1, hopefully tomorrow, with the space finally removed!
