Plugin admin not working + not showing up

    Hi,

    I have version 3.0.18 of the plugin. The theme used is Polytechnic with WP 4.7.3

    When moving the website from STAGE to LIVE, it seems the menu is not working anymore on mobile:

    Everything was working fine on STAGE:
    http://cnfsval.virus1334.com/

    When going into WordPress admin menu, I see all the top menu buttons:
    Initial Setup, Menu, Button, Sub-Menus…

    But there is nothing displayed on the admin page, and all the buttons are not working.

    Can you help ?

    Hi there,

    How did you copy across the database tables?

    Can you check that the wp_responsive_menu table exists and also try setting the option RMVer back to 2.8.1 inside the wp_options table and see if that kick starts it.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the quick response.

    I’ve used the plugin DUPLICATOR for site moving. Never had a problem before.

    I don’t have access on PHPMyadmin on the live server.

    Is there another way to try to debug ?

    Hi there,

    In that case it sounds like this is your issue.

    You will need a way to change options in your wp_options table in that case.

    You can probably do it with a small piece of code or via a plugin if you can’t get access to your database.

    I’ve update the database with a plugin and it solved the problem.

    I’ve lost my parameters, but it’s OK.

    Hey there,

    Good news – you can just use the Export function on your dev site and then Import them on to the live site to keep the settings.
