    Hi,

I love the plugin, but I am getting the “Cheatin’ Uh?” with a custom user role who has access to create new users…

The (relevant) capabilities I have for this role are…

    – Add Users
    – Create Users
    – Edit Users
    – Promote Users

Also, the user role is up to level 7, if that matters…

Any information is helpful! Thank you!

  • Hi whatedawitt,
Advanced Access Manager does not print this message. It means you have something wrong with settings.
And I’m not sure that level 7 is enough to be able to create a user. Besides these I still didn’t get why these levels exist.
Try to add to you custom role administrator set of caps and uncheck what for sure you know should not be included.
If you are using WP 3.3, probably this can be incompatibility with current version of plugin. Because I already received today few email related to user level. I believe that WordPress Core prepared a lot of surprises for Christmas to WP Developers 🙂

    Regards,
    Vasyl
