[Plugin: Advanced Access Manager] Managing just one plugin?

I’m looking for a way to give a few of our users the ability to use exactly one plugin, an event manager (Event Espresso), but not be able to edit any pages, install plugins, or have any other admin privileges.
Does AAM have that capability?
