[Plugin: Advanced Access Manager] Not Working For Plugins

In Admin menu, it hides some plugins and shows others. It doesn’t matter if I change the menu show/hide for “All Users” for the role or pick a specific user, it won’t hide/show.
Is this related to a caching problem?
