[Plugin: Advanced Custom Fields] How to make fields linkable?

Does anyone have an example of how to make custom field data linkable. For example I have a restaurant section which lists Features. Under features they might have “Outside Dining”. I would like to make “Outside Dining” link to all other posts with the same field data once clicked.
