In the ACF setting page it says:
“Add-ons can be unlocked by purchasing a license key. Each key can be used on multiple sites.
Find Add-ons (link to add-ons)”
Also, if you were to google Advanced Custom Fields, you would notice that on the website there are pages for the “add-ons” where you can purchase activation codes.
I don’t appreciate you saying “Maybe the free version doesn´t work”. It does, and ACF is a great plugin.
I hope you use it. You will quickly change your mind.
@elliotcondon thanks for your advice. I was a little in despair yesterday, when i first tried the Advanced Custom Field Plugin. It was my fault, but maybe another reason was the suboptimal user interface.
My advice to any new users of the plugin:
You have to click on “Add New” beside the title “Field Groups” on the Custom Fields page before you do anything else. “Settings” maybe important – LATER!
I consider Advanced Custom Fields as the best plugin for developers. I use it in every wordpress theme and plugin I make!
