[Plugin: Advanced Excerpt] Incompatibility with Markdown on Save

    I’ve got a little problem with the Markdown on Save plugin…
    By example:
    Un trio new yorkais construit autour d'**Alex Schaaf** à la voix légèrement nasillarde qui fait une pop rock imaginative et surprenante.
    should give in excerpt

    Un trio new yorkais construit autour d’Alex Schaaf à la voix légèrement nasillarde qui fait une pop rock imaginative et surprenante…

    and I’ve got

    Un trio new yorkais construit autour d’Alex Schaaf… à la voix légèrement nasillarde qui fait une pop rock imaginative et surprenante

    Each time I use the italic and strong mardown code, Advanced excerpt put the ellipsis just after the italic or strong word.
