[Plugin: Advanced Fancybox] PHP snippets in custom field, inline content

Is there any way I could execute a short PHP-snippet as custom field value? Lots of gallery-plugins use these short pieces of code to use in templates, but it would be really awesome to use it inside a fancybox via this plugin.
How would i go about?
