[Plugin: Advertising Manager] WordPress MU

I’ve installed this for wordpress MU and I’ve used both the MU version and the regular version and for each site I create under MU, the ads stay the same so that I cannot have different color ads for different websites.

Is there a way to make the ads unique per site in wordpress MU?
