Plugin Advice

Hi – hoping someone can give me advice as to the best way to compile and present individual articles/news that I collect for my blog.

I don’t want an RSS feed of an entire source, constantly changing, I want to collect/curate specific articles, but I cannot figure out the best way to display them. Links on a page, boxes, some sort of plugin? I thought this would be easier, but everything is an RSS feed. Please any suggestions?
