    I was testing out your plugin and I encountered a few errors (running in debug mode).

    In admin – trying to create a form:
    Notice: Undefined variable: field_type in D:\WAMP\www\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\ajax-contact\form-admin.php on line 611

    On trying to display a form with a dropdown:
    Notice: Undefined variable: is_multiselect in D:\WAMP\www\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\ajax-contact\form-display.php on line 157
