plugin allows multiple identical new redirects

    Hi,
    is there a way to prevent duplicated entries of the exact same redirect?

    we have many web authors and more than 2000 of redirects and its hard to check all their entries, so would like the option for a warning to say something like “this already exists”.

    Migrated our redirects from the abandoned and dangerous “Quick Page/Post Redirect” Plugin to this great Redirection plugin and the only benefit the old one had, was the ability to prevent duplicated entries.

    hi John,
    Thank you for your response. is there a plan to include one in the near future?
    Trying to decide if this solution fits our needs as i have to accommodate non technical users (web authors) too.

    Possibly in the future however it is more complicated to do so in Redirection due to the more advanced options. However, I don’t think it’s generally a major problem.
