I’ve noticed that whenever I enable mod_pagespeed for Apache2 this plugin fails to load on the first page load. I have other plugins that also use shortcodes for displaying information and they work so I suspect the problem is the plugin and not mod_pagespeed config. Which I have thoroughly tested, even with all filters turned off. Sometimes reloading the page displays the shortcode correctly but sometimes not. Is there something that could interfere with mod_pagespeed or perhaps php opcache itself to prevent the shortcode from displaying?

Would it be possible to get access to your admin panel and database so I can investigate?

Yes that is possible. What’s the best way to send the login information?

If you could perhaps email it? I can’t look until next week though I’m afraid πŸ™

Yes, but you can do what you want on your own support

Even if requesting it to be sent via email?

If you simply ask people on here to contact you via email with issues relating to your plugin, there’s no problem.

If you ask people here to send you logon details by email, your responses will be moderated and repeated occurrences may resulting in us escalating the issue to the plugins team. So, do not solicit login details on here, thank you.

Probably too late now, however I should have a release tonight to fix this.

Appears it was nothing to do with mod_speed – just a mistake in my code!

    Fixed by release 1.7.3 πŸ™‚
