[Plugin: Any Mobile Theme Switcher] widget missing

    I have an active theme which is for desktop use and an inactive theme which is for mobile use. The plugin works great, mobile users get switched to the inactive mobile theme! However, I have a search widget for both themes, and it goes missing when mobile users access the site with the inactive mobile theme. I know why the widget goes missing (inactive themes put widgets into “inactive” mode), so I can I make that widget “active” in an inactive theme?

    Once again, I love the plugin! Any thoughts?!

    Sorry No Progress yet. The widgets gets removed while the theme is deactivated.

    More like a wordpress lacking feature than the plugin one.

    Trying to find the hack for it.

    If you wish i can keep the search widget in your mobile theme. So that you will be able to run what you need. But that needs a little tweaks in your mobile theme. If you could send me your wp-admin details. I can do it.

    As you can imagine, I do not feel comfortable sharing wp-admin credentials…are there any other options?
