Your best bet would be to connect to the server and drag/delete the plugin from the /wp-content/plugins folder, then try accessing your site again.
Then try downloading the plugin again. It may be a conflict with another plugin as well. Does it give you any error messages?

Why is this resolved? Was it fixed offline?
We were not able to reproduce the error. This usually happens when the plugin was not downloaded completely. The plugin was re-uploaded to the WordPress CVN server, and I did not hear back from dillonmccluskey. I also do have any further reports of this happening to anyone else.
