Plugin appears to be abandoned

I’m seeing something wrong in my version of this plugin with my site, in that the options to have max/min quantities has disappeared from product pages and from the overall Settings page. I can still click to override product rules on a given product page and create a min/max rule for a given product, but other options have disappeared.

Given the great volume of unanswered issues in this support forum it seems the plugin is no longer being supported. However if it is I would be happy to pay the dev or donate to keep it going and get it updated.
