Plugin approved, now what?

I found out that my plugin is approve simple by trying to type in my plugin url, and I see it was approved 4 weeks ago, I didn’t receive email about it (or maybe spam go it, my bad I guess).

Can someone explain to me how to proceed? When I go to my plugin url, and click admin button, same page loads.

Its says on top ‘This plugin is approved and awaiting data upload but not visible to the public yet. Once you make your first commit, the plugin will become public.’

but I am not sure how to proceed, thanks!
