[Plugin: Attachments] can it show a gallery?

    I may be confused about what this plugin does, when I add the code to my page template it only produces a text list of the attachments, no links and no images. When I use the WP [gallery] shortcode it doesn’t render a gallery. I’m looking for a way to create WP galleries from existing media gallery files.
