[Plugin: Audit Trail] track plugin changes?

I’ve had Audit Trail active for a while and it doesn’t seem to record plugin activations, deactivations, or installations. Can this be added? It’s really the only thing I’d want tracked, although the other stuff is great too. Thank you.
