Just select the profile link in the popup / widget control
user_link=authorpage // points to the default author apge
Allowed values: false, authorpage (default), website, blog (wpmu only), bp_memberpage (only if budypress installed),bppress_memberpage( (only if bbpress installed)

try setting/adding user_link=bp_memberpage to the shortcode
Hi Paul i tried this and when i am trying this the link of the author is not there and i can’t press at all. You know what is the problem ?
look for the button on the tinyMCE bar to create the shortcode as this normally works
