Plugin author is responsive and helpful

I had a small problem with the plugin and contacted the developer via email. He responded within an hour and was willing to help me with the issue free of charge. That’s a rare thing to find around here! We resolved the issue and I couldn’t be happier with the plugin. It’s perfect for use on client sites because it isn’t covered in branding or up-sells, and it’s intuitive to use, unlike many other contact form plugins.
