[Plugin: AuthorSure] Customize post's byline

In case I have multiple guest authors, is there a way to add customize the byline of a specific post?
This plugin (custom author byline) offered this capability but it doesn’t seem work with the Suffusion theme and haven’t been updated in a long while.
