[Plugin: Auto-hyperlink URLs] Excluding Pages from Auto-hyperlinking

    Great plugin but I have this double-question which are somehow related:

    a) Can Pages be excluded from auto-hyperlinking (no auto-links on pages)? If yes how?

    b) I do not want Class B domain references auto-hyperlinked (domain names in posts and pages without www or http:// should not get a hyperlink); how can this be achieved?
