[Plugin: Auto Post Thumbnail] Auto run when adding a post?

    Is there a way to incorporate this functionality directly into my theme OR set it to automatically run for each specific post as it is added?

    For example, when I add a new post – it would be great if this plugin could automatically run and take care of the Featured Image on it’s own rather than having to go and manually run the plugin on ALL posts.

    The Mystique theme (http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/themes/mystique) does have similar ‘auto’ functionality included so I was wondering if this is an easy fix?
