How do these things get on here FCS?
To answer that (as I’ve seen you posting a LOT about plugins) – There’s no oversight or restriction on adding plugins. Generally, when someoen asks for access to add one, it’s granted unless they’re a known problem/violator of the rules.
If a plugin DOES break the rules (read http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/about/ and http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/about/guidelines/ for more on that), we ask you contact pluginsATww.wp.xz.cn
Terrible documentation is not a good reason to yank a plugin, though :/

It’s true. We now have to deliver fixed-price-only work – so an hour written off on something defective is money lost for ever.
The interesting thing is, some free plugins (Ozh ADDM and others) are really polished and robust – better than many paid plugins. While others are extremely . . . grim.
I guess I was looking to the repo. structure to grade them a bit.
