[Plugin: Automatic Youtube Video Posts Plugin] Sometimes works and sometimes does not

it Does not work automatically .. i set it every hour .. But it did not work .. And work only when i imported videos manually … sometime it worked automatically but the posts went to drafts ..
please help me
