[Plugin: BAAP Mobile Version] Blank screen when not using query string

After installing this plugin, when I access http://www.mysite.com, I receive a blank white screen. However, if I enter http://www.mysite.com/?wpmp_switcher=mobile or http://www.mysite.com/?wpmp_switcher=desktop I see the desktop or mobile themes I have activated.
How can I get the appropriate theme to load when I type my domain name without a query string?
