    I had to completely restore… Except the database.

    Can I ask why you needed to restore your site? How is it related to the 1.6.8 update?

    After reading the changelog which said:
    “The root path that is backed up can now be controlled by defining HMBKP_PATH.”

    I defined HMBKP_PATH to my WordPress root directory. Then after clicking “Backup Now” the entire directory was wiped.

    Should the changelog not instead read:
    “The root path that is backed up can now be controlled by defining HMBKP_ROOT.”
    ?

    Your right the changelog is incorrect, really sorry about that, I’ll get it updated as soon as I can, thanks so much for bringing this to my attention.
