[Plugin: BackUpWordPress] Problem to delete the backup directory

I disabled and deleted BackUpWordPress (version 0.4.5, http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/backupwordpress/), yet there are two files that are sort of ‘coming back’ after being deleted.
Those are:
<backup-directory>/logs/.txt
<backup-directory>/logs/<time-date-id>-full.tar.gz.txtHow do I delete it for good?
