[Plugin: BackWPup] Log File Error Message

Because the total file size of one of my websites is large (DB Size: 34.23 MB, File Backup: 146.12 MB), I have split it into three pieces, 1) database, 2) uploads folder 3) All files but uploads folder. And due to earlier backup problems, I using a temp directory that is at the same level as the website not inside the wp-content folder.

Everything worked fine yesterday but, during today’s backup, the log file for the uploads folder contained this:

The other two backup log files that use the same temp directory were OK and had no [warning] message. The temp directory is empty except for an .htaccess file.

The file (byr_files-uploads_2010-09-20_02-40-16.tar.gz) was sent to Rackspace OK so I downloadeded it, opened it with 7Zip and it appears to be fine.

Do you any ideas what could be causing this warning message?
