Can you check if the wp-content/uploads/ folder can be written ? Logically yes. The plugin needs this to create, send, delete the pictures.

Yes empty email, only the MSL secure card message but not code image.
Weird, no image and no table, maybe your server do not allow to join files in emails 😮
Where do you open your emails ?

Don’t have the problem on other installation on the same server. Uninstall the plug-in and try again but no luck.

The plug-in work like a charm, is my bad, I don’t put a valid email on the user profile.
