[Plugin: bbPress New Topic Notifications] Changing outgoing email

I was wondering if there was any way to change the outgoing email address. The current outgoing that is being used is [email protected] (my site), but I’d like to change it to a different address. Thanks in advance for your help. Awesome plugin!
