[Plugin: bbPress/BuddyPress] Forum Not Working

I installed the site wide forums on Buddy Press and they don’t seem to be working. I can create a new forum in bbPress, but only the name and description of the forum shows up with no way to add a topic. You can see the forums I created here:

It seems to create the forums under /forums/forums which is weird. I can manually set the menu to match, but this seems weird.
