    This plugin is NOT reliable – The idea of this plugin is great but the execution falls short. Maybe in future updates it will work properly. It does create a backup but it is in tables format. If you need to do an emergency restore it fails if your server times out. You cannot rely on it . Use WB-backup – it does hat it should.
