    Hi,

The plugin hasn’t been working for a while, when I try to search I receive this error: “The request failed. Please check your connection! Status: 403”

I think this is related to cloudflare blocking it (because its error 403):

Any idea if its true and if yes how to whitelist the plugin to run?

    Thank you

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

You may have some sort of a misconfiguration in your cloudflare WAF or other rules, as I can’t even access the linked page, I get blocked immediately: https://i.imgur.com/6v4jINQ.png

Cloudflare has special ruleset for WordPress, I think you have to enable that somewhere – as otherwise it will block many of the default endpoints (like wp-json and ajax handlers). This thread on cloudflare explains a similar situation.

    All the best,

    Hi Ernest,

Sorry, the website was under DDOS attack last week, now its back to normal security measures.
I did add a WAF rule for URI containt ajax to skip all other rules and its still not working:

maybe its not cloudflare related? any idea what else might be causing this issue

Make sure you don’t have this option enabled by accident: https://i.imgur.com/gG0URHj.png

I can now access the site, and only see this as a possible issue now.

    All the best,

    Great!

I will mark this as resolved. Feel free to rate the plugin if you like it, it’s greatly appreciated 🙂

    All the best to you,
    Ernest
