Yes, I know that the description says that Better Delete Revision doesn’t work with MPMU, but how true is that? I see some plugins that say they don’t work, but they only mean for “network-wide activation” and they work fine for individual activations within the network.

So can I use this with WordPress Network 3.2.1?

I haven’t tested yet on WP Network. If you can setup a test virtual server, then you can test yourself.
It is always a good idea to test everything that is also labeled as “safe” before to go on production site.

Seems like it worked great on 3.3 Multisite when I did a single activation instead of a Network activation.

Keep in mind if you use define( ‘WP_POST_REVISIONS’, 3); in your wp-config.php and then edit a page/post it will automatically remove all the other revisions.
