after deactivating plugin due to conflicts with theme page templates I cannot logon to wp-admin dashboard getting the following error
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at ……../doyoumeanbusiness.com/wp-config.php:25) in ……./doyoumeanbusiness.com/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 881

Try this:

or remove the plugin by using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

Also try:
– resetting the plugins folder by using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

– switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

extra chars at end of wp-config.php file was the cause. I thought that I had checked this but evidently not.
