    Hi
    if I activate BackWPup, it block plugin update and media upload

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Could you please try just enable BackWPUp then check again?
    Maybe there is a plugin conflict.

    if BackWPUp is disable, I don’t have problem
    if BackWPUp is enable, I don’t see the media and I can’t update other plugin
