Please tell me, did you ask the plugin author about anything before posting your review? I always answer everyone quickly and efficiently. You have the support forum where you can ask and where I will be happy to help you.
Please tell me what exactly the problem is? Have you activated error debugging for the debug.log file in the /wp-content directory? Did you have any errors in the debug.log file?
Please believe me that reporting the problem first is the better way. I can analyze the problem and find a solution or explain the matter. This allows me to develop my plugin better. Just adding a review doesn’t change anything – I don’t know what happened and I can’t do anything. Over 400,000 users use the plugin and no one has reported such problems to me. There’s something specific on your site that I’d love to check out, but you’ll have to give me a chance to check it out.
