Hi, haven’t you disabled the default emails in Notification -> Settings -> Integrations?

Thank you Kuba for your fast response.
I have only disabled the welcome email, so I could only use the one made with the plugin. It seems like even the custom email doesn’t get sent. After I had posted the original post I got some emails from my testing (30-60 minutes late). I have no idea why since I have previously received all emails with little to no delay without using an SMTP service. I don’t really know anymore if it is due to the plugin or some other issue.
Delay might be caused by the Background Processing feature, if you have that enabled.
The best way to test is to enable the Notification log in Notifications -> Settings -> Debugging.
Can you let me know what’s the other plugin that is sending the password reset email? Also, the welcome email is sent via our Notification plugin?
