[Plugin: Bogo] Installing language files

Hello, Im just getting started. I have a wordpress install done using Fantastico (through my Hosts Cpanel). I have activated Bogo, and I dont see any languages other than English as default in the admin.

Now, I want English + French, so I presume I need the *.mo file from here: http://i18n.svn.ww.wp.xz.cn/fr_FR/rosetta/

But then where do I put this language file? The support website says nothing about where to upload it, and I don’t see any folder called ‘languages’ in wp-admin, wp-content, or wp-includes. Do I need to create a folder somewhere?
