Not sure what you are talking about. Breadcrumb NavXT has all the facilities needed to support schema.org microdata. See http://mtekk.us/archives/guides/using-schema-orgs-breadcrumb-microdata-with-breadcrumb-navxt/ on how to setup Breadcrumb NavXT to support schema.org microdata.
