[Plugin: Breadcrumb NavXT] Change defaults?

    How can I change the default values so that all the sub-blogs on my multisite install don’t have to be changed on a one-by-one basis?

    The main thing I want to change is the separator (» instead of >).

    You could change the language files to do this. At the moment, Breadcrumb NavXT doesn’t have wpmu/wp3.0 global settings.
