please try add this to your .htaccess
SetEnvIf Request_URI "/$" change_header
Header set Cache-Control "max-age=0, no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate" env=change_header
and next time , if it happens again , please check in browser dev tool , see if there is any error message , warning , bad request …etc , any abnormality
Hi, I am writing in this thread because I have a similar problem. WordPress site on version 6.4.1, Genesis Navigation Pro theme and the server PHP version is 8.0.30.
I have modified the .htacess file by adding the code:
SetEnvIf Request_URI “/$” change_header
Header set Cache-Control “max-age=0, no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate” env=change_header
This code does not solve my problem.
Menu in header in mobile version always displayed and menu items without a structure.
Menu in the desktop version remains but an additional box appears with the MENU indication.
I get two error messages in the browser developer tool:

Any alternative recommendations to the one above to solve this issue?
If I deactivate the plugin everything works again as expected.

@enrizor per forum guideline , please create your own topic for your issue
but on quick note , your issue looks different , you have enabled guest mode , and something blocked /wp-content/plugins/litespeed-cache/guest.vary.php request which is critical for guest mode to work properly , please disable guest mode or unblock this request.
Hi qtwrk, thanks for your help.
What does the htaccess command you provided does?? is that something i can add from inside the plugin setting or just from the htaccess (i have 40 sites and i rather do it from the plugin settings if possible).
And about the second thing i saved a version of the page with ctrl+s in the browser when it braked.
I can send you the files for that file if you want. But it seems like a random thing that happen few times on different websites.

the directive will tell browser not to cache page locally , but always fetch from server
